What to report
Pedersoli Milano encourages the reporting of any incorrect, dishonest or potentially illegal activity as well as behavior that may cause damage or prejudice, including to the image, of the company. To this end, Pedersoli Milano has implemented a whistleblowing process to guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblowers and the information contained in the report and their protection from possible retaliation.
Pedersoli Milano provides an external digital platform, managed by a specialized third part, in order to guarantee the effectiveness and confidentiality of the reporting process and provide broad and indiscriminate access to all those who wish to make a report.
